Grief coaching is a process by which you and I work together to move you forward from where you are to where you want to be. It's not about healing inner wounds or focusing on the past. It's about building a vision, growing, and moving toward an amazing future. It's a powerful investment in you!
Our professional relationship moves forward through virtual sessions lasting 50 minutes each. Continued growth occurs in the time between sessions as you dig into specific exercises designed to help you discover your vision, find fulfillment, reach goals, and experience growth.
At a young 12 years old, after helping to care for my aunt, I sat with my family around her bed and sang hymns to her as she died. Not long after, I found myself doing the same for my grandparents. These profound early encounters shaped my understanding of love's enduring power and the immense weight of loss. It taught me the quiet strength required to sit with sorrow and the critical need for spaces where grief can be openly acknowledged.
These foundational experiences led me to actively foster conversations around death, through coaching and even through a family book club that intentionally focuses on this essential, yet often avoided, topic.
As your grief coach, certified in 2024 through the Institute of Professional Grief Coaching (IOPGC), I'm committed to creating a safe, compassionate environment where you can freely explore your feelings, process your loss, and uncover personalized strategies to help you find your footing and build a path forward that feels authentic to you.
Like a lighthouse, worn by the weather and the waves, I stand steadfast, my purpose clear: to keep my lamp lit to provide guidance and clarity to those navigating life's unpredictable seas.
